How do I get started?

Sign up free, upload a contract PDF, and the Lease Intake Agent extracts about 25 fields with confidence scores. The Discount Rate Advisor drafts a rate memo for your review. The calculation engine produces the schedule and journal entries. You approve every step before anything is finalised.

Yes. The Free plan covers up to 2 leases, 3 users, and 3 entities, with FRS 102 and IFRS 16, AI contract extraction on one lease, core calculations and journal entries, and a watermarked evidence pack. Sign-up is OAuth via Google Workspace or Microsoft 365. No credit card required.

How does onboarding work?

Guided onboarding: company lookup, contract upload, AI extraction, discount rate determination through the Discount Rate Advisor, then schedule and journal entry generation. During the private beta we sit with you on the call to review your incremental borrowing rate and reconcile your opening balances against your spreadsheet.

Which accounting standards do you support?

FRS 102 and IFRS 16 for single-currency tenants, validated against the IFRS 16 Illustrative Examples 2024 and FRS 102 Section 20 worked examples (42 golden tests, all passing). ASC 842 (US GAAP) arrives with the full launch. Background reading: FRS 102 Section 20.

Does AI make the accounting decisions?

No. AI proposes. You approve. The calculation engine handles the math. AI extracts data, proposes a discount rate, and prepares draft entries. Question 6

Can I record modifications, renewals, and terminations?

Yes. Every modification (scope or term change, payment change, rate reassessment, or full termination) is recorded against the lease with a full audit trail. The system recalculates from the modification date and preserves both the pre- and post-modification schedules so your auditor can see exactly what changed and when.

Can I export schedules and journal entries?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Schedules export to Excel and CSV. Journal entries export as ERP-ready files for SAP, Oracle Fusion, Microsoft Dynamics, and NetSuite. Free-plan exports are watermarked; paid plans export clean.

Can my auditor review the outputs?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Schedules, journal entries, and evidence packs are reviewable and can be exported for your auditor today. The Vault auditor portal, where your auditor logs in directly with an activity log of what was opened, arrives with the full launch.

What if my portfolio is bigger than the Pro plan?

Accepted Answer

The Pro plan covers up to 250 leases, 25 users, and 20 entities. Beyond that, talk to us about ZenTreasury, our enterprise platform that also covers loans, FX, and derivatives, with SSO and a contractual SLA.

How is my data protected?

Accepted Answer

EU data hosting (Helsinki, Finland), GDPR compliant. MFA mandatory, TLS 1.3 in transit, AES-256 at rest, PostgreSQL Row-Level Security on sensitive tables. Free-tier signup is OAuth-only via Google Workspace or Microsoft 365. See our Privacy Policy and DPA for details.
