2. Marketing Site (leaseaccounting.app)
The leaseaccounting.app marketing site is a static, public website. We aim to operate it without setting any cookies on your device.
2.1. Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate traffic to the site (page views, top pages, top referrers, country, device type). Cloudflare Web Analytics is cookieless and does not track individual users across sites or sessions. Because no personal data is collected and no cookies are set, no consent banner is required under the GDPR or the UK Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations.
2.2. Demo Booking and Source Attribution
When you click "Book a demo", you are redirected to a HubSpot meeting page. UTM parameters present in the URL of the marketing site (e.g. utm_source, utm_campaign) are forwarded to the HubSpot link so we can attribute which channel the booking came from. We do not load HubSpot tracking scripts on the marketing site itself; HubSpot's own cookies are only set after you reach the HubSpot meeting page, where HubSpot's privacy policy applies.
2.3. Local Browser Storage
We use the browser's localStorage (not a cookie) to remember if you have dismissed the early-access banner so it does not reappear on every page. This data stays in your browser and is not transmitted to us.
3. Application (zentreasury.com)
When you sign in to the ZenTreasury application at zentreasury.com, the following cookies are used:
3.1. Strictly Necessary Cookies
These cookies are essential for the application to function and cannot be switched off. They are set in response to actions you take, such as logging in.

Where third-party services are used, their own cookie and privacy policies apply on the pages they serve:
